Download Minecraft models, Fabric mods and Bedrock add-ons

Choose between Blockbench models, PNG textures, source ZIPs, Fabric JARs and experimental Bedrock add-ons, with the supported versions and installation steps.

Updated: Oct 13, 2026

Download a Fabric .jar to test a Java creation in Minecraft, a .bbmodel to edit its geometry in Blockbench, or a source .zip to inspect the project. These files have different purposes. Renaming a model or source archive to .jar does not turn it into a mod.

Editing files

Blockbench model (.bbmodel). This editable project contains cuboids and embedded textures from the same geometry used by the browser preview. Open it in Blockbench to inspect or edit the shape. Blockbench documents .bbmodel as its project format, not a standalone Minecraft installation package. Blockbench format reference.

Texture (.png). The texture export supplies the base 16 × 16 image. Model and source downloads include the creation's other materials. A texture image alone does not register a new block, weapon or creature in Minecraft.

Source archive (.zip). This contains the creation specification, model, textures and Fabric project source. Use it to inspect the project or build it with development tools. It is not the finished mod to place in the game's mods folder.

To continue editing on this website, choose the original saved revision through Continue editing or Add materials. The studio accepts reference images and owned history, not re-uploaded .bbmodel, .zip or .jar files.

Minecraft Java: Fabric JAR

The Java export targets Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader and Java 21, with Fabric API installed for that game version. A JAR is available only after its game-file build succeeds. Mob exports include the entity and its spawn egg; requested gameplay is implemented in the generated project.

Install the downloaded JAR and the matching Fabric API in the Fabric profile's mods folder, then launch a separate Creative test world. Do not install a source archive or a development -sources.jar. Follow the full Fabric installation tutorial for version checks, file locations and troubleshooting.

Compilation confirms that the file builds. The browser lets you inspect its appearance and preview actions. Test the exact downloaded revision in Minecraft to check gameplay and compatibility with your own mod setup.

Minecraft Bedrock: experimental add-on

The experimental .mcaddon export targets Bedrock 1.21.80 or later and supports eligible blocks and items. It does not convert the site's Java mobs or generated Java gameplay into Bedrock. Unsupported creations or values receive an explanation rather than having those features silently removed.

Open an eligible .mcaddon with Minecraft Bedrock and enable its behavior and resource packs in a separate test world's settings. Test importing, rendering and behavior on your target device. Bedrock Add-Ons use resource and behavior packs, while Java mods use a different system. Minecraft Add-On explanation.

Keep the revision you tested

Downloads correspond to a saved revision. After an edit, download and test the new revision again. Keep a separate copy of important files, and use the same account to access your personal library on another device.

If the game file is not ready or a build fails, other available files can still be downloaded. Read the displayed error; for a persistent issue, contact support with the creation version and the exact game and loader versions.
