About this policy

This policy describes information used to provide MC Mod Maker, including accounts, creations and purchases. The individual operator of MC Mod Maker, based in China, is responsible for the product-account and creation information described here. The service is primarily intended for adults in the United States. For privacy questions, use support@mcmodmaker.com or Contact and support.

Data used to provide the studio

We use your email, name, profile image and login identifiers to manage your account. Google sign-in shares the profile information allowed during authentication; we do not ask for your Google password. Login cookies keep your session active and protect private access.

When you declare adult eligibility and accept the service terms, we record the declaration, the associated policy version and the server-recorded acceptance time. Your recorded adult declaration is reused for your account separately from later terms acceptances. The declaration process does not request a date of birth, identity documents or biometric information, and it is not verified proof of age. We use these records to manage account eligibility and establish which terms were accepted.

Requests may include technical information such as your IP address, browser information and security or error records. These support account security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Prompts, reference images, selected saved creations, models and task results let us generate, save and deliver your creations. Reference-image metadata is removed before use. Your browser stores drafts and cached previews for your account. Signed-out visitors see examples and do not automatically load private creations or history.

We keep order references, payment and refund status, credit grants, reservations and usage to show your balance and resolve billing issues. Relevant account and order information is exchanged with Waffo Pancake to associate a purchase with the correct account and reconcile transactions. Waffo Pancake handles payment-method details in its checkout; we do not store full payment-card numbers. Test orders are kept separate from real payments and usable purchased credits.

Support requests contain your message, selected category, related order or creation references and replies. Do not include passwords, card numbers, verification codes or API keys.

Providers and processing

Vercel hosts the website and background processing, including model previews and download compilation. Its infrastructure processes request metadata and the content needed for these tasks. Google provides sign-in, Neon stores account and creation records, and Cloudflare R2 stores private creation files and reference material. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our support address to the monitored Google mailbox. Resend delivers account and support emails. Waffo Pancake provides checkout, payment and refund processing; its Privacy Policy explains its payment-data practices.

AI API gateways and model-processing providers receive the necessary prompts, reference images, selected creation data, related source and preview frames to generate and inspect creations and prepare editable prompts. These requests leave our servers and may be processed outside your country or region under the recipients' data-handling terms. Through Contact and support, you can ask which organisations receive your information and about the applicable transfer arrangements.

We use information to provide the service, save and deliver creations, manage billing, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. We do not sell your account information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is optional and uses a separate choice. Account sign-in or accepting these service terms does not authorize analytics. The Optional analytics notice explains what may be collected, how to reject it and how to withdraw permission. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the service or checkout.

Security and storage

Your saved creations and downloads are private to your account. We use access controls and image processing to reduce unauthorized access and unnecessary data collection. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your own copies of important files.

Adult users

The service is intended for users aged 18 or above who have reached the legal age of adulthood where they live. Minors are not eligible to register or use it. An adult self-declaration does not establish a person's actual age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us to request review or deletion.

Retention and deletion

Account records and saved creations remain stored while your account is active. We do not currently apply a single automatic deletion deadline to every data category.

Deleting a history entry removes it from normal browsing; related files and backups may still remain. For removal of account data or files, submit a privacy request. Some records may need to remain for billing, security or legal obligations, and the response will explain any applicable limits. Clearing browser data only removes local caches. Credits that do not expire are not a promise of permanent file storage.

Access, export, correction and erasure requests

Choose Privacy or account data in Contact and support to request access, correction, an export, deletion or account closure. We need to verify the account before processing a request. Sending a request does not immediately erase records. You can download supported creation files directly from the studio.

Changes

We publish changes with an updated date and provide any notice required for material changes. This policy does not limit your applicable privacy rights.
