About this service

MC Mod Maker is operated by an individual based in China and is primarily intended for adult users in the United States. These terms cover accounts, creation requests, service credits, purchases and supported downloads at mcmodmaker.com.

The creation service

MC Mod Maker provides a Minecraft creation studio, browser 3D previews and supported file downloads. You may add reference images and explicitly selected creations from your own history. Third-party creation files and build scripts are not accepted. Guests may browse examples. A verified account is required for generation and prompt assistance; generation also requires sufficient credits. Viewing a saved creation does not make it an editing source.

Generated assets and gameplay can contain errors. A browser preview and a successful build do not prove compatibility, security or correct gameplay in Minecraft. Check the stated game version and loader and test downloads in a separate game profile.

Accounts and access

Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. A verified account receives 120 introductory credits once. Signing in again does not create another grant. Your saved creations and support requests belong to your account; signing in to the same account on another computer lets you access saved creations. Report suspected account misuse through Contact and support.

You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of adulthood where you live to use this service. Minors are not eligible to register or use it, even with parental permission. Report a minor's account through Contact and support.

When registering, declare your adult eligibility and accept the service terms. Your adult declaration is saved once for your account and is reused when terms change. An existing account without a recorded declaration must complete it once. We retain the terms accepted and the server-recorded acceptance time. If a material change requires a new acceptance, we explain it and ask you to accept the updated terms; confirming continues the action you selected. This declaration is not independent verification of your age; the Privacy policy explains the associated data.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription, recurring charge or automatic top-up. See Pricing for current pack prices, credit amounts and generation counts, and review the selected pack before purchasing. Credits already purchased retain the amount recorded in their original order; a catalog change does not reduce them. Changes to the pack catalog alone do not require you to repeat your adult declaration or accept the same service terms again.

Waffo Pancake handles checkout as Merchant of Record. Review the final price, currency, applicable taxes and payment terms in checkout before authorizing payment. MC Mod Maker provides the creation service and product support.

After payment is confirmed, purchased credits are delivered electronically to the account associated with the order. Returning from checkout alone does not establish a successful payment. If you were charged and your credits do not appear, contact support with the order reference before paying again.

The 120 introductory credits and purchased credits do not expire. A generation or continued edit costs 100 credits. The introductory credits cover one generation. AI prompt assistance does not use credits; each verified account may submit up to 20 AI prompt requests per day, shared across devices. Repeated requests are also subject to rate limits to prevent abuse. Credits are reserved when a generation task is accepted and charged when it succeeds. If a task fails, its reserved credits are returned. A connection interruption does not by itself establish failure; resume the saved task to check its result before submitting a new request. Returned credits are different from a cash refund. Credits are service units, not money or a transferable cash balance.

The free AI prompt allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Requests accepted for processing count toward the daily limit even if they fail or lose connection. Checking a saved request or replaying that same request does not use another allowance; submitting a new request does.

Downloading a saved creation does not cost additional generation credits. Sign-in and supported export formats still apply. An entirely unused pack qualifies for a full refund requested within seven calendar days of purchase; verified duplicate charges are refunded, and used-credit requests are assessed for service failures and statutory rights. Input rights and generated content

Provide only materials you have the rights to use. We process them to provide and protect the service. The creation and prompt-assistance features use third-party AI API gateways and model-processing services. These services may receive relevant text, images, selected creation data, related source and preview frames; see our Privacy policy. Provider terms and third-party rights can affect how outputs may be used. Any rights in your original inputs remain yours. Outputs may be nonunique or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not promise exclusive rights, legal clearance or unrestricted commercial-use rights.

This is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft, Fabric and bundled third-party materials retain their respective owners’ rights. A download does not grant rights to Minecraft software, trademarks or third-party assets. Use and share creations only as permitted by the applicable licenses and Minecraft terms. Acceptable use and review

Follow the Acceptable use policy. We may restrict unsafe requests and investigate abuse. You can report content or appeal a restriction through Contact and support.

Data, account closure and service changes

See Privacy policy. Deleting a history record removes it from normal viewing; it does not erase every stored file or backup. Contact support to request data export, erasure or account closure. These requests require identity verification and manual processing. Keep your own copies of important downloads.

The service can change or experience outages. Material changes to commercial terms will be explained before taking effect, with renewed acceptance where required. A previously accepted testing version does not count as acceptance of these commercial terms. These terms do not remove or waive your statutory consumer rights.

We check email and account requests daily. Ordinary requests receive an initial reply within two business days; serious faults affecting account or service access receive an initial reply within 24 hours. These are response targets, not deadlines for resolution or refund settlement.
